How to delete your Waylore account and data

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Waylore account and all associated data at any time.

  1. Open the Waylore app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll down to Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to mail@exerlyze.com with:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request - Waylore"
  • The email address associated with your account

We will process your request within 7 business days.


What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Account information - Your profile, email, and authentication data
  • All trips - Every trip you created, including destinations and preferences
  • All itineraries - Generated daily schedules and saved plans
  • Chat history - All AI chat conversations (already encrypted)
  • Usage data - API usage logs and rate limit records
  • Feedback - Any bug reports or suggestions you submitted
  • Cached data - AI response caches associated with your account

What We Cannot Delete

  • App Store purchase records - Managed by Apple/Google, not us. Contact the respective store to manage subscription history.
  • Server logs - Anonymized logs are retained for 7 days for security purposes and cannot be linked back to your account after deletion.

Important Notes

  • Deletion is permanent - Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
  • Active subscriptions - Cancel your subscription in your app store settings before deleting your account to avoid future charges
  • Immediate effect - Deletion happens instantly upon confirmation
